摘要
对在直流钨极惰性气体保护(GTAW)电弧钎焊过程中电弧加热的非稳态条件下温度场对钎料铺展润湿的影响进行了模拟研究。分析了不同的钎工艺参数对特定温度(锌层熔点及钎料熔点)场影响。从而得出钎焊工艺不同对镀锌层破坏以及钎料润湿铺展的影响,对实际的电弧钎焊工艺起到一定的指导作用。
The temperature field that influences the wetting and spreading behavior of brazing filler metal under the unsteady arc heating is simulated and studied. The brazing parameters that influence the special temperature (the melt temper of Zinc plate and the melt temperature of brazing filler metal) field are analyzed too.The influence on the spreading of brazing filler metal and the melting of Zinc plate by individual arc brazing process can be got, and the results can be used to instructing arcbrazing process.
