摘要
用数值模拟的方法计算了直流钨极惰性气体保护(GTAW)电弧钎焊在移动热源情况下镀锌钢板的温度场分布,分析了不同的钎焊工艺参数对特定温度(锌层熔点及钎料熔点)场的影响以及在GTAW电弧加热的非稳态条件下温度场对钎料铺展润湿的影响。从而得出钎焊工艺不同对镀锌层破坏以及钎料润湿铺展的影响,这对确定实际的电弧钎焊工艺起到一定的指导作用。
The temperature field of galvanized steel plate in arc brazing is mathematically modeled, and the welding parameters that influence the special temperature (the melt temperature of zinc plate and the melt temperature of brazing filler metal) field are analyzed. So the influence on the spreading of brazing filler metal and the melting of zinc plate by individual arc brazing process can be got, and the result can be used to instructing arcbrazing process.
