摘要
采用Ansys软件对定点TIG氩弧加热条件下Cu基钎料润湿铺展非等温温度场进行分析和研究,得出不同的燃弧参数(燃弧电流、燃弧时间)和加钎料与否对镀锌板温度场的影响。研究结果表明:定点TIG氩弧加热时,特征等温线(钎料熔点温度和Zn蒸发温度)的宽度、深度均随燃弧电流的增加而增加;钎料的最高温度随燃弧时间的增加而出现先降后升的变化;钎料作为能量转换体,可有效降低电弧加热区域内镀锌板的温度,使镀锌层破坏较少。
Using the software Ansys, the non-uniform temperature field under static TIG argon-arc brazing is analyzed for the wetting and spreading of copper-base filler metal. It indicates that the temperature field of galvanized sheet comes under the influence of different arcing parameters (arcing current/arcing time) and the filler metal. It draws a conclusion that, under the heating of static TIG argon arc, the width and height of specifically isotherm (melting point of the solder/boiling point of Zinc) are increased with the increment of arcing current. The maximum temperature of the solder advances accordingly with the increase of arcing time, but appears to decline first. As a conversion medium, the filler metal effectively decreases the temperature of galvanized sheet within the heating zone, reducing the destroyed area of Zinc.
