摘要
黄河尾间摆动改道的主要根源是泥沙。黄河所到之处,泥沙无处不在,并在黄河入海的各个节点造成梗阻,这些节点之间又互相影响,促使河道加快淤积和衰亡。这就是河口的自然改道形态。只有以系统工程方法,统筹设计,重点施工,分别破除各节点的梗阻状态,才能使流路稳定、水沙畅顺入海。这就是河口的人工治理形态。本文分别对稳定黄河现行入海流路的八项工程进行了探索和分析,提出了积极促进黄河尾间由自然改道形态向人工治理形态转化的见解。
Silt is the main cause which makes the Yellow River's lower reaches change its waterway.Silt is all over the place where the Yellow River passes and forms obstacles in every joints which affect each other and make waterway chocked and declined.It is the formation of natural changement of the Yellow River Estuary;Only designing totally,emphasising construction and getting rid of the obstacles in every joints with systematic engineering can waterway be estabilized and silt be transported to the Bohai Sea smoothly.It is the formation of artificial harnessing of the Yellow River Estuary.In this paper,the author studys eight projects of stabilizing of the Yellow River's present waterway,and puts forward an idea of making the Yellow River Estuary change from natural change into artificial harnessing.
