摘要
该文根据实测资料,在总结黄河河口频繁变动的演变规律基础上,分析了高潮线以上河道出汊、衰亡的变动过程,提出了维持河口段单一窄深河槽、疏浚拦门沙、滩地放淤固槽以及准备好预改道流路等河口治理的系统工程方法。河口治理,只有根据河道演变的基本规律,因势利导,以水治沙,以沙防水,才能取得良好效果。
On the basis of summering the law of Huanghe River mouth changing frequently the author has analyzed the cause that branches of the river above high tide line rise and fall, and presented the comprehensive control measures such as keeping and gredging the single narrow deep channel, warping the shoal to protect channel and preparing for diverting the course of the river mouth. To achieve the good control result the measures of treating sediment by water and controlling flow with sediment should been adopted according to the base law of the river evolution.
