摘要
介绍了黄河口的自然条件和演变规律，提出了稳定现行河口流路的几种治理方案。为稳定现行流路３０年以上，加速胜利油田的开发和黄河三角洲的建设，开创一个良好的环境。
This paper deals with the natural conditions and evolution rules in the delta area of theYellow River, and also suggests several controlling schemes for stablizing the current rivercourse' Thus, creating a better environment for stablizing the current river course for over 30years and accelerating the development of Shengli Oil Fields and the construction of the delta areaof the Yellow River.
