摘要
论述了黄河流域经济带急需向东开发,现代黄河三角洲处在特别重要的位置。认为开发黄河三角洲的有效方法是稳定流路,开挖拦门沙,以便使黄河航道通向大海。同时为了开发黄河三角洲必须建设黄河海港,使海河相通。
In this paper, the author emphasises that the economic zone of the Yellow Riuer Valley is badly in need of developing towards the east, because the modern Yellow River Delta is located in a particularly important position. The effective measures for developing the Yellow River Delta are to stabilize its flow route and to dig through a bar, so that the channel of the Yellow River can be navigable to the sea. Therefore a Yellow River harbour must be constructed so that the river and the sea can communicate with each other.
