摘要
黄河是世界上著名的多沙河,现行黄河口沉积了64％的泥沙,造成河口不断地摆动和改道,给黄河三角洲的开发和利用带来了许多困难,因此,治理黄河是当务之急。本文在理论和实验的基础上:(1)提出利用黄河本身所具有的自然条件治理黄河,即采用高压泵冲刷泥沙,使拦门沙的泥沙随流而向深海运移;(2)为了防止大水刷槽淤滩,小水塌滩淤槽,本文采用垃圾坑治理河道下游淤床现象。作者认为该措施是可行的,既节省了开支,又稳定了流路。
The Yellow River is a world-famous sandy river. 64% of the total sediment was deposited at its mouth,which has changed the course of the river many times and brought about much difficulty in the development and utilization of the Yellow River Delta. Therefore,harnessing the Yellow River is a task of top priority. Based on theory and experimentation the author put forward (1) The adoption of high-pressure pumps to wash away the sediments,so that the mud and sand of the bar are transported with the current to sea. (2)The use of rubbish puddle at the lower reaches of the river to control the siltation of the bed. The author considered that this measure is feasible. It not only cuts down expenses, but also stablizes the river course.
