流行性出血热中晚期免疫学发病机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文证明了IgE及其介导的Ⅰ型变态反应参与EHF早期发病过程。相继通过多项指标进一步证明Ⅲ型变态反应参与了中晚期发病机制。病人随病期进展,IgE及IgG水平继续升高的同时,与相应抗原结合形成IgE型和IgG型等免疫复合物,在机体血清中补体水平低下和单核-巨噬细胞系统红细胞系统排除免疫复合物功能障碍情况下,沉积于肾脏等组织,引起组织损伤,导致EHF病情恶化。鉴于此,我们应用了联合抗过敏疗法加用新鲜血浆治疗中晚期EHF病人,获得了良好的疗效。 An investigation was undertaken to prove that type Ⅰ allergy mediated by IgE was involved in the early stage of EHF and type Ⅲ allergy paticipated in the middle and late stage. With the disease development IgE and IgG combined with the corresponding antigen to form IgE-CIC and IgG-CIC. These CIC precipitated andled to the damage of kidney and other tissues while mononuclear phagocyte system and RBC system was disordered in eliminating immune comlex, and under the condition of low serum complement. On these grounds, the united antiallergic therapy and fresh plasma was used in the treatment and it produced a good curative effect.
