摘要
本文报导了流行性出血热(EHF)中晚期病人血清中循环免疫复合物(CIC)水平上升,补体介导的免疫复合物溶解活性(CRA)显著地低于正常人(P<0.01).应用联合抗过敏疗法加用新鲜血浆进行治疗,获得了良好的疗效.病人血清 CRA 增强,CIC 浓度下降,临床各项指标及肾功能指标明显改善,病死率下降.
The present paper introduced that in the serum of EHF patients at middle or late stage,cir-culating immune complex(CIC)level was elevated,complement mediated release activity(CRA)was greatly decreased(p<0.01).
By meam of united antiallengic therapy and administration of fresh rlalma,the CIC concen-tration in the seum of patient was reduced while CRA was enhanced,and the clinical symptom and renal function were improved significantly,and the mortality was declined.
