采取促进成花(控水或留叶)和抑制成花(浇水或去叶)对比方法研究了柑桔成花的机理,发现在生理分化期,控水导致的梢尖低GA和浇水导致的高GA成鲜明对比,但留叶与去叶之间的GA状况无明显差异。凡促进成花的因子均引起ABA积累、CTK增多、IAA降低,从而导致高ABA/GA、ABA/IAA、CTK/GA、CTK/IAA比值。激素平衡比单项激素水平更重要;高ABA/GA、高ABA/IAA缓和生长为成花准备了前提,而高CTK/GA主要在从生理分化转入形态分化时期起重要作用。
Comparative studies with measures stimulating (water-withholding or leaf retention) and inhibiting (full-watering or leaf removal) flower-bud formation have been conducted on potted calamondin and field orange trees. A sharp contrast was obtained between low gibberellin (GA) level induced by water withholding and high GA level induced by full-wataring in the shoot tips of calamondin. There was not, however, any significant difference in GA status observed between leaf retention and removal treatments on orange trees. Neverthdess, factors stimulating flower formation induced abscisic acid (ABA) accumulation, enhanced cytokinin (CTK) but decreased auxin (IAA) levels and thus led to high ABA/GA, ABA/IAA, CTK/GA and CTK/IAA ratios. It is pointed out that the hormone balances are of greater significance than the levels of single hormones. High ABA/GA, perhaps including high ABA/IAA ratio, might retard shoot growth in favour of flower evocation, whercas high CTK/GA ratio performs its role at the later stage in the transit from physiological differentiation to morphological differentiation.
