摘要
用烯效唑 (uniconazol,S330 7) 1g/L喷洒“红富士”苹果树降低了顶芽IAA、GA1,3 ,4,7含量 ,提高了ZR、ABA含量 ,从而提高了ZR/IAA、ZR/GA1,3 ,4,7、ABA/IAA和ABA/GA1,3 ,4,7比值。烯效唑处理增加了花芽形成百分率 ,加速了花芽分化的进程 ,缩短了花芽形成的延续时期 ,但对花芽生理孕育临界时期长短没有影响。烯效唑处理对花芽的节位数没有影响 ,但使叶芽节位数增加了
The influence of uniconazol [S3307, (E) 1 (4 chlorophenyl) 4,4 dimethy 2 (1,2,4 triazol 1 yl) 1 penten 3 ol] sprays with 1 g/L in the period of flower bud initiation was studied on apple trees ( Malus pumila ). S3307 increased the percentage of flower buds induced, but did not change the critical period of flower bud initiation (Fig.1 and Fig.2).It enhanced the development of flower buds and thus shortened the period of flower bud formation (Fig.1).S3307 spray increased the number of nodes forming leaf buds but not the number of those forming flower buds (Fig.2) .The ZR and ABA contents and ZR/IAA, ZR/GA 1,3,4,7 , ABA/IAA and ABA/GA 1,3,4,7 ratios in spur bud were significantly increased ( Fig.3 and Fig.4 ), while the GA 1,3,4,7 and IAA contents were decreased by S3307 treatment (Fig.2).
