摘要
试验以四年生上宋6号核桃为试材,用摘叶处理研究了核桃雌花芽的生理分化期,并观察了雌花芽的形态分化时期和进程。上宋6号核桃雌花芽的生理分化期为中短枝停长后3—7周(5月26日—6月23日),形态分化期为中短枝停长后4—10周(6月2日—7月14日),雌花芽分化历时两月,当年完成花被原基的分化。
The experimant was carried out with 4-year-old Shangsong 6 walnut in the years of 1986 and 1987. The period of physiological differention of pistillate flower buds(PFB)was determined by deforliation, the succession of morphological differentiation of PFB was observed with stereo microscope. The initiation of PFB occured in 3-7 weeks following growth cessation of shoots. The morphological differentiation took place in 4-10 weeks. The whole stage of PFB differentiation lasted for about two months. Tepal primordia appeared before the cessation of organogenesis.
