铁电薄膜的相变和介电性质的格林函数理论研究

摘要 对用格林函数方法研究铁电材料的相变性质和介电性质的研究作了一个较为详细的分析和总结,对现有文献中的处理方法进行了讨论。 We give a detail analysis and a summarization of the phase transition and the susceptibility properties of the ferroelectric bulk material and thin film based on the Green Function theory, and a brief discussion on the treatments of Green Function theory in the references is given.
