单表面层磁性超晶格的相变性质

The transition properties of magnetic alternating superlattice with one surface layer

摘要 目的研究具有单个表面层的磁性超晶格的表面性质。方法在横场伊辛模型的框架内,采用平均场近似的方法。结果讨论了表面层交换作用的临界值同内层交换作用之间的关系以及表面层交换作用的临界值与交替的主体材料之间的依赖关系。结论数值结果与以前的理论计算结果比较发现,采用平均场近似与其他方法所得到的结果一致。 Aim To investigate the transition properties of magnetic alternating superlattice with one surface layer.Methods Using mean-field approximation method is adopted in the framework of transverse Ising model to investigate the aforesaid aim.Results The dependence of the critical value of the exchange constant in the surface layer on interlayer exchange constants and bulk exchange constants are discussed.Conclusion The results that we have obtained are in good agreement with the earlier theoretical works.
