摘要
脂质体是磷脂自聚集而形成的双分子层结构 ,作为药物载体具有减少药物毒副作用及靶向作用的特点 .主要介绍 :脂质体 3种制备方法物理分散法、两相分散法和表面活性剂增溶法的原理 ,制备出的脂质体的结构及包封性能和各自的优缺点 ;脂质体作为药物载体在抗癌、抗菌药物上的应用及其在药物载体方面应用的研究进展 .
Liposomes made from phospholipid self-aggregation can deduce the drug toxity and have the same target property as drug delivery system. The form principles, properties, structure and advantages of main three methods are reviewed. The application prospects of liposome as drug delivery system are mainly introduced.
