摘要
本文采用逆相蒸发法制备了Irna大单层脂质体,包封率为32.5~38.2%。通过125Ⅰ标记的Irna,观察125I-Irna脂质体及游离的125I-Irna在静脉给药后主要脏器药物的分布,表明脾脏和肝组织对Irna脂质体有较高的摄取,Irna脂质体能够延长Irna在体内的作用时间。
The liposome containing125I-irna of
large unilamellar vesicles were preparedby the reverse phase evaporation method, with
theencapsulation cfficiency rangingfrom 32.5%to 38.2%. Through observation of125Ilbelledirna
after i.v. injection· the comparative dis-tribution of i-RNA in some of the chief organs in mice,
including125I-iRNAentrapped in lipo-some or free125I-iRNA was determined. the results showed
that thespieenand the liver hadhighliposome uptake. The interaction timee of iRNA in mice was
increased with liposome con-taining125I-IiRNA.
