摘要
目的 :建立榆芨活肤液 (烧伤药水 )的质量控制方法 .方法 :采用TLC法对榆芨活肤液中的地榆、虎杖、黄连进行了定性研究 ,并用薄层扫描法对虎杖中的大黄素进行了含量测定 .结果 :大黄素在 0 .12 95～ 1.5 5 4g·L-1范围内呈线性关系 ,回收率为 96 .35 % ,RSD为 2 .30 % .结论 :该方法简单快速 ,结果可靠 。
AIM: To develop an effective method for quality control of Yu Ji Huo Fu Ye . METHODS: The technique of TLC was used to identify Radixi Sanguisorbae, Rhizoma coptidi and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati . The content of Emodin was determined by TLC scanning method. RESULTS: Good linearity was shown between the concentration and peak area in the concentration range of 0.1295 ～ 1.554 g·L -1 for Emodin. The average recovery rate was 96.35% and RSD 2.30%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and it can be used for controlling the quality of Yu Ji Huo Fu Ye .
