摘要
采用薄层色谱法对四神丸进行定性研究，并采用薄层扫描法测定其补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。建议本法用于四神丸的质量控制。
TLC was used qualitative to study Sishen Pill. The contents of psoralenand isopsoralen in the pills were successfully determined by TLC-densitometry,indicat-ing that this method can be used for quality control of Sishen Pills.
