摘要
目的建立三七伤药片中芍药苷与柚皮苷含量测定方法。方法采用AgelaPromosil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸(19∶81);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:232nm;柱温:30℃。结果芍药苷的线性范围为0.1146～1.719μg(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.71%,RSD=0.45%(n=6);柚皮苷的线性范围为0.109～1.635μg(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.96%,RSD=1.11%(n=6)。结论该方法准确可靠、简单快速,可用于三七伤药片质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for content determination of paeoniflorin and naringin in Sanqishangyao tablets. Methods The separation was performed with a Agela Promosil C18 column（4.6 mm×250mm,5μm）and the mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1%phosphate acid（19 ： 81）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the wavelength of detection was 232 nm. The column temperature was 30℃ .Results The liner range of paeoniflorin was 0.1146-1.719 μg（r=1.0000）and the average recovery was 99.71%, RSD = 0.45 % （n=6） ; The liner range of naringin was 0.109-1.635μg（r=1.0000）and the average recovery rate was 99.96%, RSD =1.11%（n=6）; Conclusion This method is accurate, simple, rapid and can be used to control the quality of Sanqishangyao tablets.
