摘要
以八角树枝叶为原料,采用水中蒸馏的方法提取八角油。通过正交实验分析,确定了最佳的提取工艺条件为:浸泡30h,流出速率为12mL/min,固液比为1∶16,提取时间为3h。采用超声波、微波进行辅助提取,发现不仅费时少,而且得率高。
The star anise oil was extracted from the leaves of Illicium verum HooK.f by distillation in water,and the optimum technolog ical conditions have been attained by orthog onal experiment as follows:immersion time 30h,efflux velocity12ml/min,the ratio of solid to liquid1:16,extraction time 3h.The star anise oil was also extracted with the aid of ultrasonic wave and microwave,the results showed that the extraction time have been shortened and the yield was hig h.
