不同蒸馏方法对八角枝叶茴香油和莽草酸提取效果的影响 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]比较4种蒸馏方法对八角枝叶中莽草酸和茴香油提取效果的影响。[方法]采用水煮法、常压水蒸汽蒸馏法、高压干蒸汽蒸馏法和热空气蒸馏法,分别从鲜八角枝叶中提取莽草酸和茴香油,计算莽草酸和茴香油的提取率。[结果]莽草酸和茴香油的提取率分别为:水煮法91.45%、0.88%,常压水蒸汽蒸馏法63.23%、0.97%,高压干蒸汽蒸馏法0%、1.18%,热空气蒸馏法0%、1.23%;从茴香油的质量来看,常压水蒸汽蒸馏法和水煮法所得茴香油,质量优于高压干蒸汽蒸馏法和热空气蒸馏法。[结论]从茴香油得率、莽草酸提取率、茴香油品质等方面看,常压水蒸汽蒸馏法最佳,水煮法次之;热空气和高压干蒸汽不仅提不出莽草酸,而且所得茴香油的品质也不佳,不建议采用。 [Objective]To study the influence of four different distillation methods on extraction of shikimic acid and star anise oil in leaves of Illicium verum Hook. f. [Methods]The extraction rates of shikimic acid and star anise oil were calculated, which were extracted from fresh Illicium verum Hook. f. through water boiling, atmospheric pressure steam distillation, high pressure dry steam distillation, and hot air distillation. [Results]The extraction rates of shikimic acid and star anise oil under water boiling were respectively 91.45% and 0.88%, while those under atmospheric pressure steam distillation were 63.23% and 0.97%, 0% and 1.18% for high pressure dry steam distillation, 0% and 1.23% for hot air distillation. Besides, the quality of star anise oil through the first two methods was better than that through the last two. [Conclusion]From the perspective of extraction rate of shikimlc acid and star anise oil, as well as quality of star anise oil, atmospheric pressure steam distillation is the best, and water boiling follows. Hot air distillation and high pressure dry steam distillation are not recommended to applied for shikimic acid can not be extracted neither star anise oil of poor quality.
