丹酚酸B抗疲劳和免疫调节作用研究 被引量:7

Studies on the effects of Salvianolic acid B on anti-fatigue and immunoregulation in mice

摘要 【目的】本文对丹酚酸B的抗疲劳及免疫调节功能作用进行了研究。【方法】分别以0、0.5、1 mg/ml剂量的丹酚酸B连续灌胃昆明小鼠15 d后,分别进行小鼠负重游泳实验、血清尿素氮、肝糖原和肌糖原及血乳酸碳末廓清试验(吞噬指数)、免疫器官质量法(胸腺指数和脾脏指数)的测定来观察抗疲劳和免疫调节作用。【结果】丹酚酸B的加药组小鼠游泳时间与对照组相比明显延长(P<0.05);血清尿素氮及血乳酸含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);给药组小鼠的肝糖原及肌糖原的含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);可提高小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬指数(P<0.05)和肝脾指数(P<0.05)。【结论】丹酚酸B具有明显的抗疲劳及免疫调节作用。 [Objective] To explore the effects of Salvianolic acid B on immuneoregulation and anti-fatigue in mice. [Methods] The mice were divided into two groups of 0.5 mg/ml, 1 mg/ml, The control group was given distilled water. For 15 days later, loading swimming time, serum urea nitrogen, glycogen content in liver, and blood lactate value, carbon clearance capacity test (phagocytic index) and immune organs weight (spleen index and the thymus index) were tested. [ Results] The results showed that all of the dosage level could prolong the loading swimming time of mice (P 〈 0.05). Compared with control, it also reduced the quantity of blood area nitrogen (P〈 0.05), decreased the content of the lactic acid in blood evidently (P 〈 0.05), and increased the glycogen content in liver as compared with the control group (P 〈 0.05). Compared with control, it also enhanced the clearance capacity index, improved the spleen imlex and the thymus index (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion ] Salvianolic acid B may have anti-fatigue and immunoregulation effects.
