摘要
目的 化学合成乳糖化聚赖氨酸共价结合物 ,分析其组成。方法 以氰基硼氢化钠为还原剂通过还原氨化将乳糖 (Lac)与聚赖氨酸 (PLL)共价连接 ,用SephadexG10纯化后用分光光度法分析其组成 ,红外光谱确定结构。结果 红外光谱分析显示乳糖与聚赖氨酸形成了共价结合物 ,组成分析确定乳糖与聚PLL的摩尔比为 16∶1。结论 分析结果表明 ,成功制备出了结构。
Objective To synthesize lactosamiated poly lysine and analyze its chemical characteristics.Methods The lactosamiated poly lysine covalence compound was synthesized by reductive amination. The component of this compound was determined with phenol vitriol and its structure was analyzed with infrared spectra.Results The Molar ratio of lactose vs. poly lysine was 16:1 for lactosamiated poly lysine covalence compound.Conclusion Lactosamiated poly lysine with definite structure and component is successfully synthesized.
