摘要
影响机床动态设计和仿真精度的一个关键技术是在机床动力学建模过程中对结构结合面的处理。本文提出了一种基于试验与参数优化组合的方法 ,解决了CK14 16高速精密数控车床中界面的动力学建模问题。该方法对于机床结构的动态设计和仿真建模具有普遍适用性。
One of the key techniques in the dynamic design and simulation of lathe is how to deal with contact surfaces between parts. A parameter optimal method based on test results is put forward in this paper. It is successfully applied to the dynamic model building of numerically controlled lathe CK1416. This approach has universal applicaton for structural dynamic design and simulation of lathe.
