摘要
结合面建模的正确与否是进行机床整机性能分析和预测的关键。在结合面经验公式的基础上,结合接触分析,建立了基于实际面压力分布的结合面有限元模型。为了验证模型的正确性,在不同的拧紧力矩下对试件的模态进行了仿真分析和实验测试。结果表明,随着拧紧力矩的增大,结构的一阶固有频率也随之增大,但增大的趋势有所减缓,说明拧紧力矩与固有频率之间存在着非线性关系。仿真分析与测试得到的固有频率间的误差较小,证明了该建模方法能够有效模拟结构的动态性能。
The model of joints is of critical importance for analyzing and predicting the performance of machine tools.A finite element model of joints was built based on empirical formulae and real area distribution from contact analysis.The modality of specimens under different torques was simulated and tested to verify the validity of the model.The result proves the nonlinear relationship between torques and natural frequencies,and it shows that the first natural frequencies increase with increasing torque and finally the increasing trend slows down.The differences in natural frequencies between simulating and testing are small,illustrating the effectiveness of the modeling method in simulating the structural dynamic characteristics.
