摘要
基于连续体ICM拓扑优化方法,以动力学仿真分析为基础,利用先进的有限元分析软件,建立了某数控加工中心横梁结构拓扑优化模型。根据对模型的拓扑优化结果分析,确定了横梁的最佳结构方案,仿真结果表明其动、静态特性有较大提高。
Based on multi - body dynamics simulation and the ICM method, it uses total volume as restrain condition and natural frequency as the objective for optimization. The optimization design gets the best beam structure. The simulation shows that the beam's static and dynamic performance is significantly improved.
