摘要
经测试发现，铸铁的组织均匀和碳化物细小时，其布氏硬度与机械加工性能之间呈线性关系。当铸铁组织中出现疏松或大块（尤其是网状）碳化物时，其加工性能明显恶化。
The test results shows that there is a linear relationship between Brinell Hardness and the machinability of cast iron with homogeneous microstructure or tiny carbides. But when there are some shrinkage cavities, porosity or carbide lumps, especially net carbides in the matrix of cast iron, its machinability is obviously reduced.
