摘要
将东北刺人参的不同器官及其部位的外植体接种在含有不同激素的培养基中培养,对其愈伤组织诱导条件进行了研究.结果表明:茎段、叶柄为适宜组培的器官;以AS或1/2MS做基本培养基,并添加2.0mg/L的BA和0.2～1.0mg/L的NAA可以获得数量较多,质量较好的愈伤组织;叶所产生的愈伤组织颜色较深,数量也较少,并在初代培养时易产生不定根.
The inducement conditions of the callus was studied when different explant cultivated in different culture medium.The results showed that stem and leafstem were suitable organs for tissue culture. As or 1/2MS add to 20 mg/L BA and 0.2～1.0 mg/L NAA could obtain more and high quility callus; and the callus which from leaf was dark in color,but less in number,and easy to produce adventitious roots in their first culture.
