摘要
介绍了制备钛酸钡纳米粉体的各种合成方法及制备过程中的工艺条件、影响因素等 ,对这些方法的优缺点进行了比较 ,认为溶胶凝胶法具有设备简单、操作方便、制作的粉体粒径小、颗粒分布窄等优点 。
Several synthetic methods and some influence parameters are discussed for the production of BaTiO 3 nanometer powder. The advantage and shortcoming of the above methods are compared. The BaTiO 3 particles obtained by the sol-gel method exhibits fine particle size and narrow size distribution, and it could be concluded that this approach will have a promised prospect in future industrial application.
