摘要
数码显示器因其性能佳、美观、使用寿命长、成本低等特点已越来越广泛应用于各类家电产品,随着制作技术的不断更新,其显示器尺寸也越来越大。文章从提高成品率和可靠性方面对封装工艺和环氧选用进行了分析论证。
Because of the good performance, nice appearance, long working life and low cost, digital displays have been widely used in all kinds of family appliances.With constant improvement of fabrication technology,their dimension is becoming larger and larger. This article is to analyze and demonstrate the effect of packing process and the epoxy resin on the yield rate and the product reliability.
