摘要
根据LCD的显示原理讨论影响LCD显示质量的各种因素,结合设计图形菲林、设计LCD工艺参数、图形制作、涂层制作、PI层的摩擦定向处理、丝印制盒、液晶灌注等LCD制造过程以及LCD前工序制作环境的洁净度等进行研究分析证明,影响LCD显示质量的因素不仅是LCD制作中某个环节造成的,而且是贯穿整个LCD制作过程的综合结果。
Based on LCD display theory,the internal factors for influencing LCD display quality are discussed.By analyzing LCD production process, including film design, LCD technical parameter design, pattern making, coating,sealant printing, empty cell making,LC injection and LCD former process environment pureness,it is revealed that the influence factors for LCD display quality are not only caused in one specific process, but also in the whole LCD producing process.
