摘要
目的 :观察葛根素注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP)的临床疗效。方法 :将 10 0例UAP患者随机平分 2组 ,葛根素组和对照组。前者在西药常规治疗的基础上 ,加用葛根素注射液静滴 1个疗程。分别观察 2组治疗前后的心绞痛发作频率、静态心电图和血液流变学指标。结果 :葛根素组缓解心绞痛总有效率 88% ,改善异常心电图总有效84% ,心肌耗氧量显著下降 ,血液流变学指标明显改善、与对照组相比 ,P均 <0 .0 5。结论
Objective:To observe the clinically curative effects of puerarin injection in the patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP). Methods:100 cases with UAP were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(n=50) was treated with conventional therapy, including dilating coronary arteries, anticoagulation and so on, otherwise in puerarin group based on conventional therapy of western medicine as control group, the puerarin injection 500mg+5% glucose 250 ml infused intravenously once a day were added. 14 days was a therapeutic course for two groups. After therapy course the curative effects were observed. The changes in seizure frequency of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram on rest, parameters of blood rheology in two group before and after therapy were compared. Results:In puerarin group the total effective rate of syndrome relievation (88%) and of abnormal electrocardiogram improvement(84%) the oxygen consumption of myocardium and blood rheology parameters were superior to those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions:The puerarin is safe and effective in treating UAP.
