急性有机磷农药中毒并发多器官功能障碍综合征患者T淋巴细胞亚群的研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的 探讨急性有机磷农药中毒 (AOPP)并发多器官功能障碍综合征 (MODS)患者T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及其临床意义。方法 用荧光单抗CD3+、CD4 +、CD8+、CD2 5+、CD2 8+、CD95+对 62名AOPP患者和 30名健康人外周血淋巴细胞进行标记 ,在流式细胞仪下计数。结果 AOPP并发MODS患者体内CD3+、CD3+/CD2 5+、CD+8/CD+2 8明显减少 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 ) ;CD4 +无明显变化 (P >0 0 5 ) ;CD95+、CD8+/CD2 8-明显增加 (P <0 0 1)。结论 AOPP并发MODS患者T淋巴细胞因大量凋亡而总数减少 ,亚群发生变化 ,造成免疫功能低下和紊乱 ,提示免疫失衡可能参与了AOPP后MODS的发病过程 。 Objective To investigate the changes and evaluate the clinical significance of T-lymphocyte subsets in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP)patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Method The lymphocytes of AOPP(n=62)and healthy subjects(n=30)were marked with CD 3 +,CD 4 +,CD 95 +,CD 3 +/CD 25 +,CD 8 +/CD 28 +,CD 8 +/CD 28 -fluorescence antibodies,then were counted by flow cytometry.Result In AOPP patients with MODS,CD 3 +,CD 3 +/CD 25 +,CD 8 +/CD 28 +were significantly decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),CD 8 +/CD 28 -,CD 95 + were significantly increased(P<0.01),but CD 4 + had no obvious change (P>0.05).Conclusion In AOPP patients with MODS,the total amount of T-lymphocyte is obviously decreased which may be stemmed from the apoptosis of lymphocytes,meanwhile T-lymphocyte subsets are also changed,thus caused the dysfunction of immune system,that may be involved in the development of MODS following AOPP.Therefore,the immune function of AOPP patients should be improved during the course of clinical treatment.
