摘要
目的 观察急性有机磷农药中毒对患者细胞免疫功能的影响及其临床意义。方法 分别抽取 5 2例急性有机磷农药中毒患者中毒 2d内、3d、7d、14d静脉血 ,检测T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4 、CD8、CD4 、/CD8比值 ,并以中毒程度分为轻度组、中度组、重度组 ,分别统计结果 ,以同样方法检查 30例正常人做对照组。结果 轻度组T淋巴细胞亚群与正常组相比差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;中度组CD3 与CD8于中毒 2d与正常组相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,CD4 于 2d、3d、7d与正常组相比差异有非常显著性或显著性意义 (P <0 0 0 1/P <0 0 5 ) ;重度组CD3 于 2d、3d ,CD8于 2d分别与正常组相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,CD4 于 2d、3d、7d分别与正常组相比差异有非常显著性或显著性意义 (P <0 0 0 1/P <0 0 5 )。结论 急性有机磷农药中毒可使患者T淋巴细胞亚群抗原表达受抑 ,致细胞免疫功能严重受损 。
Objective To observe the effects of cell immunity function of the patients with acute organ phosphorus pesticide intoxication,probe its clinical meaning.Methods Measuring the subgroup of T lymphocyte CD 3,CD 4,CD 8,CD 4/CD 8 in two days and on the 3rd, 7th,14th day after poisoning respectively.30 cases of the healthy also measured as control.Results After compared with control,the changes of all subgroup of T lymphocyte in mild group were no significant ( P >0 05);The changes of CD 3 and CD 8 were significant ( P <0 05) in two days after poisoning,the changes of CD 4 was more significant or significant ( P <0 001/ P <0 05) in two,three and seven days after poisoning.After compare with control,the change of CD 3 was significant ( P <0 05) in two and three days.In severe group, CD 8 was significant in two days after poisoning,CD 4 was more significant or significant ( P <0 001/ P <0 05) in two,three and seven days after poisoning.Conclusion Intoxication of acute organ phosphorus pesticide prevent the subgroup of T lymphocyte from expressing antigen,cellular immunity function is damaged,the degree of damage is related with the condition of the patients,approached to normal level gradually after treatment two weeks.The lowering of cellular immunity function of the patients is main reason of infection.So we should improve the patients' immunity and prevent infection in the process of treatment.
