“神农33号”对多器官功能障碍综合征大鼠细胞因子的影响 被引量:96

Effects of Shennong 33 on cytokines in rats with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome

摘要 目的 研究中药“神农 33号”注射液对血瘀证多脏器功能障碍综合征 (MODS)大鼠细胞因子的影响。方法 利用Wister大鼠制备血瘀证MODS动物模型 ,将大鼠随机分为 4组 :对照组 ,模型组 ,低剂量中药组 ,高剂量中药组。检测各组血清内毒素及TNF α、IL 1β、IL 6水平 ,探讨“神农 33号”的作用及细胞因子之间的关系。结果 模型组TNF α水平与IL 1β、IL 6呈正相关 (P <0 0 1) ,其血清TNF α、IL 1β、IL 6明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;与模型组相比 ,中药组尤其高剂量中药组的血清TNF α、IL 6水平明显降低 (P <0 0 1)。结论 中药“神农 33号”注射液对MODS大鼠的血清TNF α、IL 6有明显的下调作用 ,在一定程度上缓解了炎症 ,有保护组织器官及防治MODS的作用。 Objective To determine the effect of Shenong 33 on cytokines in rats with MODS.Methods Rats with MODS model were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal group,model group,high dose group and low dose group.Serum levels of TNF α,IL 1β,IL 6 and LPS were measured.The effect of Shennong 33 and its relationship with the cytokines were eveluated.Results Serum levels of TNF α,IL 1β and IL 6 in the model group increased significantly(P<0 01).However,compared to the model group,serum levels of TNF α and IL 6 in the high dose group decreased significantly(P<0 01).Conclusion Shennong 33 down regulates serum levels of TNF α and IL 6 in rats with MODS. [
