摘要
目的 :观察承气方剂对MODS时肠道细菌移位的影响。 方法 :利用MODS动物模型 ,采用Dig probe大肠杆菌原位杂交的方法 ,观察MODS时肠道细菌移位及承气方剂和抗生素对其影响。 结果 :MODS时肠源性大肠杆菌可以移位到肠壁的粘膜下层甚至肌层 ,经淋巴系统和门静脉到达全身。与模型组比较 ,承气方剂治疗可以明显地抑制MODS大鼠肠道细菌移位 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;抗生素治疗不能抑制MODS大鼠肠道细菌移位。 结论 :承气方剂治疗MODS时通过对屏障功能的保护而在抑制肠道细菌移位发挥显著作用。抗生素治疗MODS时对肠道细菌移位无抑制作用。
Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect by ChengQi prescription of enterogenous bacteria translocation in rat models of multiple organ dysfuction Syndrome(MODS).Methods:The 055;K59(B5)E.coli DNA in rats of MODS model was investigated by the method of in situ hybridization.Results:Enterogenous E.coli were translocated and trapped in submucosa membrane or tunica muscularis in intestinal wall of MODS rats.These bacteria were involved in the systemic circulation through mesentery lymphatic drainage and portal vein.Conclusion:The enterogenous bacteria translocation was inhibited after treatment with ChengQi prescription,while antibiotics have no such effect.
