摘要
测试分析了大豆蛋白纤维的结构和性能 ,针对大豆蛋白纤维纺纱静电严重的问题 ,介绍了纺前预处理工艺及梳棉、并条、涡流纺各工序所采取的工艺和措施 ;分析了涡流纱的成纱特点 。
Structure and property of soybean protein fibre are tested and analyzed. Because of the serious static problem of soybean protein fibre in spinning process,pretreatment before spinning processes and measurements of carding,drawing,vortex spinnig are introduced in details, yarn characteristics of vortex spinning are analyzed, and soybean protein vortex spinning yarns are used in developing knitted and woven fleece fabric is put forward.
