摘要
为了研究梳理工艺、针布规格与细特纤维棉结的关系 ,分别使用不同型号的锡林针布、道夫针布、刺辊锯条、盖板针布和不同的锡林～盖板隔距对 0 .89dtex涤纶、丙纶纤维进行梳理。试验结果表明 :适当提高分梳速度 ,减小锡林～盖板隔距 ,增加分梳件齿密 ,有助于减少棉结的产生 ,随梳理次数的增加棉结数明显增加 ,纤维性质不同棉结增长规律不同。
In order to research the relations between carding processing & card clothing specification and the nep of fine fibre,some tests were made on carding 0.89 tex polyester fibre and polypropylene fibre,these tests separately applied the cylinder card clothing,doffer card clothing,licker\|in wire and flat card clothing with different type and the different cylinder\|flat gauge.The result showed that,some measures can decreasing the nep,i.e,accelarate the carding speed in moderate degree,shorten the gauge of cylinde\|flat,thick the carding device density,and the neps increased tangiblly with the increasing of carding times,the increased regularity of neps varied by the fibre's performance.
