摘要 通过研究钙对玉米种子活力及其萌发过程中GR活性的影响 ,发现外源CaCl2 浸种可提高两品种玉米种子活力和萌发过程中GR活性 ,相反 ,Ca2 + 专一螯合剂EGTA则通过降低Ca2 + 水平而使两品种玉米种子活力和萌发过程中GR活性降低 ,表明玉米种子活力和GR活性受Ca2 + In this paper, effects of calcium on seed viability and glutathione reductase (GR, E.C. 1.6.4.2) during germination in maize seedlings were studied . It has been found that exogenous Ca 2+ can not only increase seed viability of maize, but also enhance activity of GR during germination in maize seedlings. On the contrary, Ca 2+ -chelator EGTA decreased seed viability of maize and activity of GR during germination in maize seedlings. These suggesting maize seed viability and activity of GR has been regulated by Ca 2+ .
