摘要
鸡蛋壳中含约1/1000溶菌酶,常规方法很难提取。该文叙述了用聚丙烯酸富集方法从鸡蛋壳中提取溶菌酶的实验过程,比较了不同的聚丙烯酸用量对提取收率的影响,并测定了溶菌酶的防霉变功能。
Because there are only 1/1000 lysozymes in the eggshell, it is very hard to draw them by using the conventional methods. In this paper, the process of drawing lysozyme by beneficiating with polyacrylic acid is depicted. The author also compares the drav/ing rate with different quantities of polyacrylic acid and analyzes the influence of lysozyme on preventing funguses.
