膜技术在D-核糖提取工艺中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 为提高D-核糖提取收率,改善成品品质,本文采用膜技术对D-核糖树脂解析液进行预浓缩。研究了反渗透膜预浓缩D-核糖树脂解析液的最佳操作运行条件:压力5.0MPa,温度35℃,浓缩倍数4.0。由于D-核糖树脂解析液是D-核糖发酵液经超滤、脱色、树脂脱盐一系列净化工序制得,质量好,纯度高,能够很好地保持反渗透膜的通量,这种膜分离技术处理效果佳,能将D-核糖含量由5%浓缩到20%,得到的预浓缩液澄清透明,质量优。 To improve the extraction rate of D-ribose and improve product quality, membrane technology was used to pre-enriching the D-ribose resin desorption liquid. The results show that the optimum operational conditions are: pressure 5.0MP, temperature 35℃ and concentrated 4.0-fold when use the reverse osmosis membraneuse to pre-enrich D-ribose resin desorption liquid. As the D-ribose resin desorption liquid comes from D-ribose fermentation broth which was trated by uhrafihrated, discolored, resin desalinated, its quality is good and purity is high, and so the reverse osmosis membrane flux can maintain high. This membrane separation technology can concentrate D-ribose from 5% to 20%, and the pre-concentrated solution could be clear and the quality excellent.
