摘要
目的 研究“益肝浓缩煎剂”、强肝胶囊对肝纤维化形成的预防作用。方法 将 6 0只SD雄性大鼠随机分成 4组 :正常组、模型组、“益肝浓缩煎剂”组、强肝胶囊组 ,每组 15只 ,以CCl4 诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,造模前2周给予相应药物进行预防 ,持续 10周 ,测定肝组织羟脯氨酸 (Hyp)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,用光镜、电镜观察肝脏病理形态变化。结果 4组小鼠肝组织Hyp、MDA含量间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;电镜显示“益肝浓缩煎剂”组、强肝胶囊组的胶原纤维增生均明显受到抑制 ,“益肝浓缩煎剂”组肝细胞及细胞器接近正常。此外 ,两组α-平滑肌肌动蛋白表达明显减少。结论 “益肝浓缩煎剂”、强肝胶囊对肝纤维化具有预防作用 ,在保护肝细胞方面 ,“益肝浓缩煎剂”作用较为明显。
Objective To study the preventive effects of Concentrated Yigan Decoction and Qianggan Capsule on hepatic fibrosis as well.Methods Hepatic fibrosis in rats was induced by CCl 4 and Concentrated Yigan Decoction or Qianggan Capsule was given 2 weeks before model production.The administration of the two formulas lasted for 10 weeks.Results Liver hydroxyproline,malondialdehyde,degrees of hepatic fibrosis and steatosis were markedly reduced respectively compared with those of control group in Concentrated Yigan Decoction and Qianggan Capsule group(P<0.05).On electronic microscopy,deposition of collagen was markedly decreased by prevention of two formulas.Hepatocyte injury and degeneration was ameliorated also by prevention of Concentrated Yigan Decoction.Furthermore,the expression of α-smooth muscle actin was reduced in two groups.Conclusion Both Concentrated Yigan Decoction and Qianggan Capsule had remarkably preventive effects on hepatic fibrosis of rats.
