摘要
目的 :建立测定逐瘀扶正胶囊中蒽醌类成分含量的方法。方法 :利用蒽醌类成分与醋酸镁反应显红色的特性 ,利用比色法测定其含量。结果 :醋酸镁比色法操作简便 ,结果准确 ,平均加样回收率为 (10 0 .78± 1.98) % ,重复性好 (RSD=2 .78 ,n=5 ) ,可有效控制逐瘀扶正胶囊的质量。结论
Objective:To establish a method to determine the content of anthraquinones in Zhuyufuzheng capsules.Methods:Anthraquinones in Zhuyufuzheng capsules were determined by colorimetry. Results:This method was simple, quick and reproducible( RSD=2 78%, n=5 ). The average recovery was(100 78±1 98)%. By this method, the quality of Zhuyufuzheng capsules can be controlled effectively. Conclusion:The colorimetry can be used to determine the content of anthraquinones in Zhuyufuzheng capsules.
