摘要
目的测定脑蛋白水解物注射液氨基酸含量及肽图;方法高效液相色谱法;结果脑蛋白水解物注射液含有十七种氨基酸和低分子肽。结论脑蛋白水解物注射液氨基酸含量及肽图均与进口脑活素注射液一致。
Purpose To determine the amino acid contents and the peptide mapping of injec- tion of cerebroprotein hydrolysate; Methods HPLC; Results There exist 17 varieties of amino acid and mand small molecular of peptide in the injection of cerebroprotein hydrolysate. Meawhile, quantify the contents of amino acid and compare its peptide mapping with cerebrolysin's; Conclu- sion: The amino acid contents and the peptide mapping of injection of cerebroprotein hydrolysate are in accordance with cerebrolysin's.
