现代科技飞速发展,不断有新的肽类物质被发现并应用于临床,动物脑蛋白水解液就是目前最具代表性药物之一。采用L-8800型氨基酸自动分析仪测定动物脑蛋白水解液中游离氨基酸含量,具有简便,准确,重现性好等优点,有利于药厂确定动物脑蛋白水解液最佳工艺条件,严格控制药品质量。
With the development of science and technology at very fast speed, people have found some new peptides and known about their function well. Cerebroprotein hydrolysate is one of the most representative drugs now. It has the extensive application on the clinic. Dissociative amino acids are determined using L- 8800 Amino Acid analyzer in this paper. This methed has lots of advantages such as easiness, high degree of accuracy and fine duplication, which are advantageous to the pharmaceutical corporation to control cerebroprotein hydrolysate＇ s quantity.
