电子商务环境下的跨组织流程被引量：4

摘要文章就跨组织流程集成管理问题进行了研究。与以活动描述流程不同,这里从角色的观点分析跨组织流程,突出跨组织的流程重组实质上是组织之间的能力匹配和重组问题。此外,还讨论了工作流技术在跨组织流程集成中的作用,指出真正的跨组织流程应建立在统一的工作流模型、以人为中心的紧耦合协作基础上。
