摘要
企业实施电子商务必然导致其流程的变化,因而需要对企业的流程进行重新设计。电子商务环境下流程设计的方法主要有两种,一种是对单个企业的内部流程进行设计,然后与其供应链上的企业协商改进;另一种是同供应链上的企业协商并达成协议后再一起进行设计。
Implementing electronic business in enterprise may lead to the change of business process, so it is necessary to redesign the process. There are mainly two ways to design business process under e-business environment.One way is to design business process in enterprise firstly, then improve it after consulting with the partners in supply chain .Another way is to consult with partners in supply chain and make an agreement on designing business process ,then design its business process.
