采用一种能够消除企业间客观基础条件优劣的影响 ,真正反映它们主观有效努力程度及能力对业绩贡献的二次相对评价模型 ,对沪深 5 0家医药类上市公司的业绩进行评价。
In this paper,we apply a binary relative evaluation approach to measure manageme nt performance of fifty medicine listed companies.The binary relative evaluatio n approach is a kind of evaluation method,which can eliminate the effect of the objective situation of listed companies and really represent their extent of sub jective effort when to enhance management performance.
