摘要
本文提出一种新的大气环境质量评价理论模型——模糊识别模型。提出了大气质量评价的指标综合权重矩阵概念及其确定方法。
A new theoretical model for atmospheric quality assessment is proposed in the paper. The model puts forward not only the concept of index weight and overstan-dard weight of assessment, but also the methd of uniting the two kinds of weights into a comprehensive weight.
